Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Four Georgian bar sections that stuck on the glazing are missing (see photos). Another two Georgian bar sections will arrive separately with the window, and could be easily installed by a competent fitter. Missing ones can be purchased online at a low expense.
- Light chips on few spots (see last photos), but these are only cosmetic and don’t affect the functionality of the product at all.
Security
- 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online for around £10 posted which would come with keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
- One of the window panels is designed to be fixed. But, it is currently not attached to the frame. However, it can easily be screwed on to the frame by your fitter during installation.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing and also internally and externally on the glazing giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Light Grey and internally is White,
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
