Set A : Measurements are in the table opposite.

Set B : Height- 104.9cm Width – 118.6 cm

Set C : Height-105.3 cm Width – 118.9 cm

Set D : Height- 105.1 cm Width – 118.7 cm

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Set C : One handle has got a slight crack on the side, however a new one can be purchased online. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the handle (see photos).

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded Georgian bars externally and inside the glazing, giving a high quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
