uPVC Casement Window in Brown (Golden Oak), Bespoke made to the highest quality.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £600.00 each if you were to order new direct.
The measurements are slightly different.
Set A : Height- 105.1 cm Width – 118.7 cm
Set B : Height- 104.9cm Width – 118.6 cm – in the table opposite
Set C : Height-105.3 cm Width – 118.9 cm
Set D : Height- 105.1 cm Width – 118.7 cm
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Set C : One handle has got a slight crack on the side, however a new one can be purchased online. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the handle (see photos).
Missing Parts
- Sets A/B/C do not have keys. However, they can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. Replacement handles (complete with keys) can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
- Set D comes with 2 keys (1 for each casement).
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded Georgian bars externally and inside the glazing, giving a high quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
