We are not sure on the exact age of this item, but it is modern, and has seen very little use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is a few slight marks on the external side. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the product at all (see last photos for defects).

Security

• 6 point locking system (Per window) making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
