Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The key is missing, however one can be purchased online for a low expense.
Security
- 6 point locking system (Per window) making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
