Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Trickle-vents are missing from this product, however new vents are available online and easy to install.
Security
- 8 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no key for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online which would come with key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £180 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
- Width: 47.1cm, Height: 91cm x2 pane(s) (checked JBH)
- Width: 58.8cm, Height: 100.3cm x1 pane(s) (checked JBH)
- We can order any type of glazing at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
