uPVC Casement Window, bespoke made to a high standard by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £700.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Light marks internally on top, but these are not exactly noticeable.
- Overall the product is in its excellent condition both sides.
Security
- 8 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside using the handle. However you can order new handle online which would come with keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome.
