Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Light cosmetic marks on the internal side (see photos) which could be easily touched up with a uPVC pen if desired.

Security

• 4 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online for around £5 posted which would come with keys. 

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
