Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Light dent on the beading (see photo),but it does not affect the integrity or operation of the product. Replacement beading can be purchased online if desired.
• Vents are missing for this window, however new vents are also available online and are easy to fit.

Security

• 4 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £500 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are: 
•  Width: 48.8cm, Height: 21.6cm x2 panes (checked JBH)
• Width: 48.7cm, Height: 102.6cm x2 panes (checked JBH)
• Width: 124cm, Height: 147.8cm x1 pane
• We can order any type of glazing at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc. 

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
