Triangular uPVC Fixed Window in Woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Profine’.

Would cost around £500 if you were to order bespoke direct.

The window is a ‘Right-Angled Triangle’ in shape. The measurements are: Base Width= 112.5cm, Height= 202cm, and Hypotenuse= 231.2cm.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.
• Can be installed horizontally or vertically.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £200 total inc VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order the glazing yourself, the unit required is of ‘Right-Angled Triangle’ in shape with the measurements: Width: 102.5cm, Height: 185.2cm, and Hypotenuse= 211.7cm (x1 pane).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak).
