Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Has leaded rose pattern and stained glass design on the external side of glazing.
• There is a small crack in the bottom corner of the frame, this does not affect the window at all and is on the inside. Could easily be covered with trim on installation.

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
