Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Minor crack on the frame externally, however, this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the window at all.

Security

• Sash latches are missing. However, these can be purchased online (complete with keys) and are easily to fit.

Opening

• Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt internally.
• Operate via springs. 

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is white and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
