Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There are light marks on the handle and letterbox (see photos), however this is only cosmetic and can easily be touched up.
• There is a screw hole on exterior side of the door which could be easily filled (see photos).
• There is a small chip in the edge of the door (see photos), This could be covered with trim by your fitter on installation.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has patterned leaded glass with a 3D diamond design and an ornate stained glass motif.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
