UPVC White Back Door
uPVC Back Door.
Would cost around £1,250.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Scratch on the top of the external side of the door, This can be filled and touched up.
- Slight dents to the beading.
- Marks around the frame on both sides but this can easily be covered with trim when installed.
- Paint chips to ‘three’ of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.
- Comes with a 3cm sill missing sill end caps.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 42cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 77.7cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
