Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• One hinge pin is missing top hat so this may require a small bit of metal to be soldered on, See photo for details.
• Slight scratch on external frame, easily covered by trim.
• Hinge cover caps missing, can be brought online for a low cost.
• Dents on sill but is easily replaceable, See photo for details.
• Sill end caps missing.

Security

• 7 point ‘ERA’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
