Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- A light cosmetic mark on the frame (see photos) which could be covered by trim on installation.
- A small scratch to the beading (see photos) which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the beading in any way.
Security
- 5 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £200 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 62.8cm, Height: 98.1cm (x1 pane)(checked JBH)
Colour
- The colour externally is Brown (Rosewood) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
