High quality uPVC / PVCu Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Fold N Slide’ .

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• An Aluminium sill which can be slid onto the bottom frame (without increasing height) also provided along with a UPVC sill (3 cm).

Defects

• Small cosmetic chip at the top of the main traffic door.
• Three hinges missing – the hardware is Fold N Slide and brushed nickel is the colour.
• The rollers again are Fold N Slide 70mm bifold roller hinge which you will need two of (one for the bottom and one for the top) in Satin Nickel.
• Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

• Security

• High quality 4 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Zone’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £399.90 total inc VAT for all 3 panes.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
