Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small paint chips which could be easily touched up.
• Missing sill end caps which can be purchased online for a small expense.

Security

• 6 point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but it can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the child safety latch handle. New handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a small expense.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 32mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are Gold Chrome.
