Aluminium / Wood (Clad) French Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £6,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Gasket is torn (see photos), this can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
- Small chip in side of the frame (see photos), this could be covered with trim on installation.
- Small chip in base of frame (see photos), this is only cosmetic and does not effect the function of the door. This defect could be filled and touched up by a competent carpenter.
Missing Parts
- Keyless doors, so only open/ lock from the inside via a handle.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- This item does not have an external handle, and can only be locked/operated from the inside. This provides extra security and a sleek modern appearance.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles & hinges are Silver
