Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

High quality Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Tilt/Turn Window made to the highest quality by ‘VELFAC’.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Some light marks externally (see photos), however these are not easily noticeable and could be hidden with a touched up pen if desired (already touched up relatively significant marks).
- Wood chip on top edge of the frame internally, however this would be hidden after installation – see photos.
Defects
- Vent cover defective, however you can order this online at a low expense.
- Please see last photos relating to the defects.
Security
- High quality 4 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle online at low expense, which would come with keys.
Opening
- Internally opening windows – see photos.
- Opens in two ways (Tilt/Turn), see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 46mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is Varnished Wood Grain, with a matching frame either side.
- This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain internally.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
Ideal if you’re after a high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
