Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• Light chips on the wooden frame internally, but nothing a sand-down/re-paint wouldn’t cover.

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 36mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Black and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality windows/sidelights at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
