Victorian Sliders uPVC Cream Box Sash Window

uPVC Box Sash Window in woodgrain Cream, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Victorian Sliders’.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition throughout.
- Small scratch on the external side (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window, but it can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. Replacement handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a low expense.
Opening
- Mechanism operates via springs.
- Both window sections slide up/down and tilt inwardly (see photos).
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally and internally inside the glazing on the top pane, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely- we can order a new glass pane for £70 total including VAT- this would be of the highest quality: 24mm, argon gas, low e Toughened, Pilkington KS energy.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Cream, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges are Silver.
