Victorian Sliders, Europe’s largest specialist manufacturer of PVC-U vertical sliding sash windows, was founded in 2005 with a vision of making PVCu sash windows a leading window product. Our windows are incredibly low maintenance, requiring only a quick wipe down with a damp cloth to keep them looking good as new.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Slight damage to the frame on the internal side from the previous installation which will be covered with trim when the window is installed again.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window as the locks are operated via a latch from the inside. If you require handles with keys, they can be purchased online for a small expense and fitted easily.
Opening
- Mechanism operates via springs.
- Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt inwardly.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing and also stuck externally, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Cream, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles & hinges are Silver
