Victorian Sliders uPVC Box Sash Window

uPVC Box Sash Window in woodgrain Cream, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Victorian Sliders’.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Modern window and has not had a great deal of use.
Victorian Sliders, Europe’s largest specialist manufacturer of PVC-U vertical sliding sash windows, was founded in 2005 with a vision of making PVCu sash windows a leading window product. Their windows are incredibly low maintenance, requiring only a quick wipe down with a damp cloth to keep them looking good as new.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition throughout.
- Some mastic at the top of the window from the previous trim, but this could be removed or hidden with trim again when re-fitted.
- Hooks are slightly bent (see photos) – these can be purchased online (around £10 for the set) for a low expense and are only cosmetic.
Security
- Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but it still locks shut from the latch on the inside, just not child locked. You can easily replace the latches if you did require keys for around £20 for the set.
Opening
- Mechanism operates via springs.
- Both window sections slide up/down and tilt inwardly.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally and internally inside the glazing on the top pane, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely- we can order a new glass pane for £70 total including VAT- this would be of the highest quality: 24mm, argon gas, low e Toughened, PIlkington KS energy.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Cream, with a matching frame either side.
- Has Silver coloured furniture.
