Please Note: this Bi-Fold comes with no glazing, but we can order this for you at an additional cost – see the Glazing section below for more information.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
• Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £950 total inc VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 32mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Black.
