Smart Aluminium White Bi-folding Doors
Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart (Beaufort)’.
Would cost around £6,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- Some marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation, however these will be concealed when installed again.
- Small scuffs to one edge of the main traffic door (see photos) – these could be easily touched up and made less visible.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system on the main traffic door with an additional 2 top/bottom bolts on the bi-folds, making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Camlock’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, the remaining 2 doors stack to the left (see photos).
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support & operation.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The handle for the main traffic door is white, and the the handle for the two bi-folding doors is Silver (see photos).
- The hinges are all White.
