Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• One long piece of beading for a sidelight has some scuff marks (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
• The locking plate for the shoot bolts at the bottom of the frame is missing (see photos), however the bolts still operate and lock the door securely. Replacement locking plates can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Toplight

• Just the toplight / window is 27.5cm in height and can be removed if required.
• This would leave just the door frame height of 198cm.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 46.2cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 112cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 158.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & internally on the glazing, this can’t be removed, so if you required clear glazing you would need to replace all the panes. We can do this at a cost of £290 total including VAT (24mm, Argon Gas, Low E, Toughened) – glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
