Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the door, but this can easily be filled (see photos).
• Light marks on the door and frame (see photos), however this will not effect the integrity of the door and could easily be touched up.
• The rain sill is missing (see photos), however these are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• The bottom hinge cap is missing (see photos), however these are available to purchase online. Alternatively, it could be swapped with the topmost hinge cap to make it less visible.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
