uPVC Back Door in white, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection’, who produce some of the highest quality uPVC products money can buy.
The thickness of their products are 10cm compared to the standard 7cm.

No glazing buy we can order it in at a cost of £150 total including VAT- see below.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 11 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £150 total inc VAT. Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less. Glass will pass building regulations.
