The trickle vents are located on the top height add-on, which adds 5cm to the overall height if used.

The length of the sill has been cut it is 20.6 cm shorter then the frame, however a replacement can be purchased online.

Condition

• Th paint on the external handle is weathered (see photos) which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation in any way. Replacement handles can be purchased online.

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens from the left.
• When fully open, 1 door stacks to the left and 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
