uPVC Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Eurocell’.
Produced on the 01/02/2024 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £700.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order new handles online which would come with keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
