We are not sure on the exact age of this item. However, it is modern, in excellent condition, and appears to have seen little use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The screw caps for the trickle vent are missing (see photos), however, these are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the frame (see photos). These could easily be filled.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle. You can buy a new handle with keys online.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
