Condition

• Scratches on the top and side of the frame can be covered by trim upon installation please see in the last photo.
• Mastic around the frame can be covered by trim for a low expense.

Security

• 7 point ‘Milenco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 39cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 127.9cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 166.9cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
