The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

White uPVC Front Door.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order new direct.
Not sure on the exact age of this door, but it has one of the latest locking systems and looks modern.
We can change the distorted glass to clear for £95 total including VAT (24mm, Argon Gas, Low E, Toughened)
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides, with just the odd light faint marks in places.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Screw holes from the previous door number and door bell (see photos) – these could be easily filled or hidden by a new door bell and number.
- Light scratches to the handles and letter box- see last photo for all cosmetic defects.
Security
- 7 point locking system made by “Safeware” making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside (see photos).
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted Glass with a decorative texture.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
