We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. -We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Wooden Timber Back Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed at all.
- The door has rot by the bottom corner hinge, this can be treated by a good carpenter.
- Odd marks around the door. Could easily be hidden by filler and some touch up paint. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
- Hinges missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- The main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, clear, toughened.
- Has Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Cream.
- The colour of the handles is Black.
