1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Pine, Front Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The letterbox cover is missing (see photos), however, these can be purchased online and easily fitted.
• Small chips to the wood externally (see photos), which could be filled and touched up.
• There is 1 missing hinge (see photos), however, these are available to purchase online and could be installed by your fitter.
• The paint is weathered slightly on either side, as is expected on antique wooden items. This door could benefit from being sanded and repainted.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is original single glazed, distorted.
• Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
