Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• This item is missing its hinges (see photos), however, these could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
• Screw holes on either side (see photos) however, these could easily be filled.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Small section at the bottom is missing from previous rot (see photos). This could be filled/repaired by a competent carpenter.
• The veneer is weathered and slightly cracked. This could benefit from being filled and painted.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Yale’ and ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Yale’ keys and 2 ‘Union’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• Varnished internally and externally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has Black Wrought Iron furniture.
