Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Screw holes internally (see photos), however these could be filled.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Chubb’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Chubb’ keys.
• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
• Has leaded pattern externally and internally, on the glazing.
• Has an ornate colourful motif.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is White.
• The handles and fixtures are Wrought Iron and the hinges are Solid Brass.
