1930s Reclaimed Wooden Timber Back Door with sidelight.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed at all.
- Rot in the bottom corners (see photos), you will need a competent carpenter to treat this.
- This item has no hinges (see photos), you can purchase these online and they could be installed by your fitter on installation.
- Some of the putty holding the glazing has come off (see photos), this could be rectified by a competent glazier or fitter.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Could be modified to operate as French Doors – holes would need to be drilled and hardware installed.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 52.5cm in width and can be removed if required.
- Just the door width is 68.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, clear.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White.
- Has Solid Brass handle internally and a clear Resin handle internally.
