Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct (when complete with frame).

The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

This item could also be used as a  French door with a side light or as 3 fixed windows (some adjustments and modifications would need to be made).

Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Scratches and chips in places some of these can be sanded down and re painted please see in photos.
• There is no frame for these doors and one runner and 4 hinges are missing if you were to try and use these as bi-folds.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Mila’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, the 1 door stacks to the left and all 2 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• Has been varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
