Please note : The frame is two pieces (as shown in the photo), but it could be correctly fixed by a skilled carpenter. Alternatively, a carpenter could make-up a replacement frame, whilst still using the existing runners.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• One side of the frame is slightly loose and has a chip on the outside edge (see photos). A competent carpenter could rectify this.
• One locking plate missing (see photo), however new locking plate could be purchased online and would be easy to install.
• The gasket is slightly loose in a few places (see photo), but a new gasket is simple to install and can be bought online.
• There are some small chips/splits to the wood in a few locations on the doors (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.

Security

• 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• There is no key for this door, but new barrel available online which come with keys and easy to install.  

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• This item has been varnished on either side, which shows the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
