Hardwood Engineered Solid Oak Bi-folding Doors, bespoke made by ‘Kloeber’.
These are some of the highest quality bi-folds money can buy and designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can do after just a couple of years.

They are also professionally powder coated, so allow no maintenance and come with Laminated Glazing offering ultimate security. The doors are also 5.8cm thick, compared to the standard factory 4.4cm doors.

Would cost £7,968.00 to order bespoke direct (see 4th photo for invoice). Today due to the price increases, you would be looking at around £10,000 for these.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is a slight chip in the door by the latch (see photos), however this is only cosmetic and dose not effect the doors operation.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘ISEO’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are top hung.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is Powder Coated Light Grey (Ral7044) and internally varnished so the original Solid Oak woodgrain still shows, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
