Oak Veneer Varnished Bi-Folding Doors
Wooden Timber Bi-Folding Doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 5.2cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
MISSING PARTS/DEFECTS
• Bottom of the doors and sill are weathered but this can easily be stripped and re-varnished.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
Security
• 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.
Opening
• Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately in the middle.
• When fully open, 3 doors stack to the left and 3 doors stack to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
Glazing
• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
From the photos you can see that the main door glass panel has been changed at some point and the tint is not identical to the other glass panes.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is Varnished, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
