The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

-Bespoke made by ‘Bereco’ a professional joinery company known to only produce items to a very high standard; these are part of their ‘Contemporary Range’.
-The door thickness is 7cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm showing it’s quality and meaning better security.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.
CONDITION
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd light marks and paint chipped off in some places, but nothing a re-paint/ touch up wouldn’t cover. Overall excellent condition.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Not rotted or bowed at all.
MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS
DEFECTS:
The foam gasket around the doors and frame have split in places.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
COLOUR
The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side, but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing.
OPERATING / STYLE
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Right; when fully open all 5 doors stacks to the left.
Doors are top hung.
SECURITY
3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.
GLAZING
Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
