Wooden Timber, Bi-folding Doors, made to a very high quality. The doors are 6.5cm thick, compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Could be modified to be used as a set of French Doors with sidelights.

To order these complete new direct would cost around £5,000.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Rot on the bottom of one of the doors approx 5cm up from the bottom- see last two photos.
• Crack on both trickle vents but can be easily replaced for a low expense.
• Top right internal shoot bolt is slightly bent.
• There is no frame with these doors, so you would need to get one made by a carpenter. Or with some modification you could use these as french doors with sidelights or just fixed windows.

Security

• 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When fully open, 2 doors stack to the left and the other 2 doors stack to the right. They opening from the middle in twos.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally and internally inside the glazing giving that high quality appearance.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
