The door thickness is 5.4cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The frame has been cut on one side, however a competent carpenter could make a replacement side. (Please see photos)
• The veneer is weathered slightly on the external side, as is expected on pre-owned wooden items. This could be rectified by a competent fitter or carpenter.
• The gasket is frayed on the main traffic door, however a replacement can be purchased online and fitted easily. (Please see photos)
• The is a crack on the third door by the top hinge, which could also be rectified by a competent carpenter. (Please see photos)

Missing Parts

The top shoot bolt lock is missing, however these can be purchased online.

Security

• 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
