The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Extremely High quality Solid Hardwood 4 pane bi-folding Doors, bespoke made by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £8,000.00 if you were to bespoke make now.
The door thickness is 6.2 cm compared to the normal 4.4 cm and is far superior to the standard factory made doors. These are designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper door, substantially stronger and are very heavy.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Slight weathering at the bottom of the doors, but can easily be sanded down/ re-varnished.
- The bottom sill section of the frame had to be cut on removal, but a carpenter could make up another piece, or you maybe able to just re-use the cut piece.
- The bottom track also bent, so would need to be straightened out, which should be fine when its screwed back into the track.
- There is also about half a meter of this track missing for the top that the rollers glide along, you would be able to get something made up or from your local hardwear store.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ main lock key and 1 ‘ERA’ bolt key.
Opening
- Internally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the middle.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- The combination incorporates a set of French doors, so you don’t have to have them all open at the same time.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- Externally and internally Varnished so the original woodgrain stills shows, with a matching frame either side. Has been professionally varnished.
- Has matching Brushed Stainless Steel coloured furniture.
