Wooden Hardwood Bi-folding Doors in Black, Bespoke made to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £6,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 5.4cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed at all.
- The paint has bubbled in places, however this can be sanded down and repainted. (Please see last photo’s)
- There is rot in a few places across the bottom of the frame, however this dose not affect the operation of the doors and this can be treated by a competent carpenter. (Please see last photo’s)
- There is a small split the the bottom corner of one of the doors, however this can be treated by a competent carpenter. (Please see last photo’s)
Security
- 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top hung.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
