Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The frame edge is cut at a slight angle (see photos), however this could be covered by trim when installed.
• The internal side of the door has been shaved down slightly (see photos), which could be covered by trim when installed.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the door, but this can easily be filled (see photos).

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal brown spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• This item has been varnished on either side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
