Wooden (Timber) Casement Window, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Chips in the frame (see photos), this is only cosmetic and does not effect the function of the item. These could be filled/touched up by a competent carpenter.
- The frame edge has been cut at a slight angle (see photos), however, this could be covered by trim on installation.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
- The bottom window could be opened more if the safety feature was removed.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- This item has been varnished on both sides, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Gold.
